| Description: |
The D.C. Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board (DCLB herein the “Lottery”) has a requirement for a vendor to supply a computerized draw system (Animation/Graphic system and Random Number Generator) for the daily mid-day and evening drawings. DCLB shall provide a Random Number Generator chip. All deliverables under this contract shall be reviewed accepted and approved by the District. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the creative design and development of the three (3) existing DC Lottery games. The Contractor shall be capable of designing and developing the computer generated creative video and audio elements to depict any new game. All works created under this contract shall be owned by the District. |
