The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO (the “District”), Data Services Group, requires the Contractor to implement and support SplashBI as the enterprise reporting and analytics solution for budgeting, finance, taxes, treasury, and cash management. By modernizing the reporting stack on SplashBI’s platform, the District will provide a solution for various reporting and datawareshousing needs and would eliminate costs tied to legacy reporting tools; and lower total cost of ownership through integrated reporting solution.
