The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG) (the “District”) requires the Contractor to audit its draw games, special event drawings, ticket destruction, and to monitor the Computer Control Center to ensure the Lottery games are conducted with credibility and efficiency.
