The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts (the “District”), on behalf of The Office of Lottery and Games ( “DC Lottery”) requires the Contractor to provide full range of digital services including website development, design, execution, hosting, and maintenance for the DC Lottery’s websites as well as strategy and development of its social media platforms.
