The District of Columbia of the Chief Financial Officer(OCFO), Office of Contracts, on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OICO) (the " District ") is seeking a contractor to provide the following:

1. Senior Program manager to support future capital tax projects (real property), and Sub projects for converting legacy and new taxes into MITS system.

2. Senior Database Developer to function as part of the OCFO Tax systems group to maintain and monitor day-to-day operation of the OCFO SQL server database infrastructure and maintain SQL reports.
