The Self-Registration is NOW active on the Gateway.
- The system does not require user account login to view solicitations on the Gateway. Just select the Solicitation Menu above.
- However, downloading and responding to solicitations does require login.
- Please see the main page to Self-Register for the DC OCFO Solicitation Gateway - https://dc.cobblestonesystems.com/gateway/Default.aspx
- Section L.12 of each solicitation provides Delivery Instructions for responses.
- The Public Questions and Answers feature is NOT activated in the system.
- Public Questions and Government Responses will be handled in accordance with Section L.2 of each respective solicitation.
- Please review Section L.12 of each solicitation provides Delivery Instructions for responses.
How to Respond to Solicitations:
- Sign In or
- Create an account if you don’t have one – see the third bullet point above,
- View the Public Solicitations shown
- Click “Register as a Respondent”
- Go to Solicitations tab, My Solicitations
- Upload solicitation response –Note: Uploads cannot be deleted or replaced, and each file size should not be larger than 1GB
